Our industrial product ranges includes threads and cords mainly used in automotive, textile machinery, white goods production and other various industries.
Motor winding thread for motor production, harness cords for jacquard weaving machines, knife cords for velvet weaving, threads for packaging wool and acrylic production, glass tempering cords and other similar products are specifically designed for each customer.
With our treatment, braiding, twisting capabilities and know-how on industrial use we can apply necessary treatment with respect to the area of use, working conditions, machine parameters etc. Packaging is also made with respect to customer needs and their machine specifications.

Curtain Blind Cords
Cords for curtain and curtain blind systems are produced from 100% FDY polyester yarns.
Chemical treatments are applied to increase resistance to abrasion and to avoid the damage on the contact point at use. With heat treatment the mechanical qualities are improved and elongation is minimized to enhance the quality of the end products.
Cords for curtain and blind systems and venetian cords are prepared in standard colors specifically selected for the area of use, also can be manufactured with the desired colors for the customers.

Harness Cords & Knife cords
HARNESS CORDS
With top of the lıne finishing and braiding machines, kord produces one of the finest and most precise harness cords for both regular jaquard machines and also for high speed jaquard machines.
High tenacity, low elongation polyester yarns are used for braiding, special anti-static and friction reduction chemicals are applied under high temperatures and high tensions to minimize the elongation and failure due to abrasion after repeated use.
0.8 mm - 1.2 mm cords are recommended for velvet and label weaving and 1.2 - 2.0 mm cords are recommended for carpet weaving.
KNIFE CORDS
Knife ropes are used in velvet weaving machines to move the knife during weaving process.
During this movement the rope works under tension and friction. To achieve a longer life time our cords are coated with abrasion resistance materials.
Standard sizes are available in 4 mm, 5mm and 6mm sizes.
Motor Lacıng Cords
Lacing threads for electric motors are produced from high tenacity PES threads to provide low elongation and durability. Special treatments are applied for specific purposes, based on the motor type and place of use.
For machine lacing/sewing lubricants are applied to provide resistance to high needle temperatures and increase productivity for hand lacing/winding, waxing is applied to ease in use.
Also other specific applications may be performed for special motors such as refrigerator motors lacıng cords wıth lubrıcants resıstant to subzero degrees
Safety Cords For Constructıon
Cords for safety nets are produced from polyamıde 6.6 that is a material resistant to sun, rain, mud and other similar natural corrosives. Due to the nature of the materials used, cords have a very good knot retention.
